What is 'One Set' of Wrapping paper? 

• A set of wrapping paper is three individual sheets of premium-weight 70# paper. Each individual sheet is 19.75" x 28.75". Each set of wrapping paper (3 individual sheets) provides you with 11.83 Square feet of gift wrap. 

How big of a box can I wrap? 

• The largest box we have been able to neatly wrap is 13" x 9" x 5". If you're trying to do quick math that is the equivalent to a Nike size 9 shoebox. For those of you that are still trying to do the math, it's 585 cubic inches. 

Do you accept returns? 

• Due to the growing size of our catalog we print your order on-demand. This means that each order is printed specifically for you. This means that we are unable to accept returns.

What about cancelations? 

• We are able to cancel your order as long as the printing process has not started. Our order cutoff is 2:00PM Mountain Time. Here are two examples: 

1.  If you place an order on Monday at 1 PM, you have until 2:00PM on Monday to cancel. If you request a cancelation after 2:00 PM we will not be able to issue a refund. 
2. If an order is placed Monday at 2:01 PM you have until 2:00 PM on TUESDAY to cancel. 

My order arrived damaged, now what? 

• Please send your order number and photos of the damage to Contact@violgrace.shop and we will work with you to find a solution.
